The youth community at First Parish is vibrant and active. From teaching to social justice to serving our Mass. Bay District Youth Steering Committee, youth are engaged in congregational, association, and community life in many inspiring ways. Because our community -- especially for youth -- is growing...staff, leadership, and the Religious Exploration Committee is currently offering and supporting youth programming designed to appeal to a wide range of interests in personal, spiritual, and faith development.
The Religious Exploration Committee's goal is to provide programming that will cultivate youth/adult relations in the many aspects of our congregational life. Through participation in these experiences and ongoing dialog, youth and adults will work together towards an inspired and vibrant vision of Unitarian Universalist youth ministry.
At this time, there is not a staff Youth Advisor. We are still in dialog about how a staff youth advisor will best serve the youth population and our congregation.
